Kestral notches multisite New Zealand contract

Radiology and pathology informatics developer Kestral Computing has been selected to provide its Karisma RIS application to TRG Group, a radiologist-owned practice on New Zealand's north island.

The practice network, with five wholly owned subsidiaries, encompasses 22 sites including Lakes Radiology at Rotorua and Taupo; Northern Radiology at Whangarei, Kerikeri, and Dargaville; The Radiology Group with nine sites in Auckland; Waikato Radiology at Hamilton; and Hawke's Bay Radiology at Napier, Hastings, and Gisborne.

All 22 facilities will be migrated to the Karisma system, according to Heidelberg, Australia-based Kestral.
