Agfa, ICW to integrate technologies

Mortsel, Belgium-based Agfa HealthCare and InterComponentWare (ICW) of Walldorf, Germany, are collaborating on the development of integration and interoperability between Agfa's hospital information system (HIS) Orbis and ICW's eHealth Framework.

The ICW eHealth Framework is an open platform for the development of service-oriented products, and offers standardized interfaces for the integration of existing applications of other manufacturers.
