Rochester, NY-based PACS vendor Carestream Health and Hitachi Data Systems of Santa Clara, CA, have entered into an agreement to co-market a data management product designed to help healthcare organizations archive clinical information from multiple systems within their facilities.
The technology combines Carestream Health’s Versatile Intelligent Patient Archive (VIParchive) and the newly enhanced Hitachi Content Archive Platform in a single footprint.
Carestream Health’s VIParchive is a software platform that can take clinical information from multiple healthcare sources and consolidate the information in one archive. The Hitachi Content Archive Platform is designed for organizations to meet regulatory and corporate governance mandates and provide access to archived data.
