The Upper Ohio Valley Individual Practice Association (IPA) has selected Raleigh, NC-based IT firm Misys Healthcare Systems to provide electronic medical record (EMR) technology across four counties in Ohio and West Virginia.
The IPA is a network of nearly 300 physicians who treat nearly 30% of residents in Brooke, Marshall, and Ohio Counties in West Virginia and Ohio's Belmont County.
The IPA will install specialty-specific Misys EMR and Misys Tiger software across its independent physician practices.
