Speech recognition firm MedQuist of Mount Laurel, NJ, announced yesterday that it would not be able to file its financial reports for its second quarter of 2007 (end-June 30) on time.
MedQuist is still working on filing its annual report for 2006 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as quarterly reports for 2006 and the first two quarters of 2007. The company said it believes the reports will be filed during the third quarter.
