Nuance closes Vocada deal

Nuance Communications has completed its acquisition of critical test results management (CTRM) software developer Vocada.

In connection with the acquisition, Nuance of Burlington, MA, said it would grant 281,000 shares of its common stock as an inducement to 20 individuals from Vocada to enter into employment contracts with Nuance.
