Medical informatics firm TeraMedica Healthcare Technology will introduce its Evercore Service Oriented Architecture Repository (SOAR) platform at the upcoming 2007 RSNA meeting in Chicago.
SOAR employs standard Web services protocols to allow the company's Evercore Clinical Information Manager (CIM) software to operate as a service-oriented architecture (SOA), according to the Milwaukee-based firm. These functionalities were previously available only within Evercore or via protocols such as DICOM or HL7, TeraMedica said.
