Compressus nets new client

Software developer Compressus of Washington, DC, has been selected by a teleradiology firm in Florida to provide its MEDxConnect system.

E-Rad Solutions of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, will use MEDxConnect for its entry into the teleradiology market, according to Compressus.

In other news, Compressus has completed the phase one implementation of its MEDxConnect system for Advanced Radiology Consultants (ARC) in Chicago. ARC is a 22-physician radiology group that supports 11 facilities. ARC reported improved physician efficiency and patient safety with a dramatic decrease in diagnostic turnaround time following the implementation.
