Pegasus buys AccuSoft's imaging portfolio

Image compression firm Pegasus Imaging has purchased the imaging business of software development firm AccuSoft.

The acquisition includes the firm's ImageGear and NetVue software development kits (SDKs), according to Pegasus of Tampa, FL. Pegasus said it will primarily focus transition activities in the next 90 days on supporting AccuSoft customers. The purchase price of the deal was in the eight figures, the company said.
