Eclipsys wins Colorado contract

Healthcare informatics firm Eclipsys of Atlanta has won a contract with a Colorado physician group practice for its electronic medical record and practice management package, the company said.

Greenwood Pediatrics is a 10-physician group in Centennial, CO, that has selected Eclipsys' PeakPractice software. The practice operates in three locations and will phase in the package by spring of this year.

PeakPractice includes e-prescribing, patient portals, image management, and a Web portal.
