RIS Concepts adds speech recognition support

RIS Concepts of Miami has debuted added support for speech recognition capabilities for its RCI-RIS Web-based multifacility RIS and RAD-RIS software offerings, the company said.

Both RIS packages will now integrate with not only the Dragon Medical speech recognition engine, but also with the ViaVoice application from IBM of Somers, NY, and the SpeechMagic application from Nuance Communications, according to RIS Concepts.
