GE Healthcare and e-health technology developer InterComponentWare (ICW) of Wayne, PA, have signed a strategic agreement to integrate and codevelop health information exchange (HIE) offerings.
Both companies will leverage their existing services and codevelop new offerings for the health information exchange and global e-health marketplace, according to GE of Chalfont St. Giles, U.K. GE will also utilize ICW's e-health and patient connectivity capabilities to enhance its Centricity HIE service.
