GE Healthcare of Chalfont St. Giles, U.K., and imaging software developer TomTec Imaging Systems of Munich, Germany, are partnering on echocardiography technology.
The agreement will integrate TomTec's CardioArena program for analysis of 2D/3D/4D data into GE Healthcare's cardiology IT portfolio, Centricity Cardiology.
The combined technologies will be designed to streamline cardiologists' workflow, increase efficiency, and shorten waiting times for patients.
