The VA's Veterans in Partnership Healthcare Network, or VISN 11, will install Synapse ProSolv cardiovascular software in four additional hospitals, replacing the current echocardiography and cardiac catheterization technology and consolidating the existing IT infrastructure for enhanced connectivity, system reliability, and system use for all clinicians.
VISN 11 is one of 21 Veterans Integrated Service Networks (VISN); it provides inpatient and outpatient healthcare to veterans in central Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and northwest Ohio.
ProSolv is a subsidiary of Fujifilm Medical Systems USA of Stamford, CT.
