Amicas launches upgraded RIS

Boston-based PACS vendor Amicas has released a new version of its RIS software.

Amicas RIS version 5.5 introduces enhanced workflow tools designed to help providers manage preauthorization requirements, insurance eligibility, and patient status. It also offers new tools to support business intelligence requirements in the radiology arena.
