Siemens Healthcare said it will begin utilizing its new Agile Implementation Methodology (AIM) for all future Soarian health information systems installations.
AIM features a deliverables-based framework that organizes work in a structured and simple way within a preloaded environment, according to the Malvern, PA-based vendor. Siemens said AIM is designed to provide meaningful outcomes in less time and at lower cost.
Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital Medical Center in Plattsburgh, NY, and Reid Hospital and Health Care Services in Richmond, IN, recently served as Soarian AIM beta sites.
