GE names new Healthcare IT head

GE Healthcare has tapped Jan De Witte as president and CEO of GE Healthcare IT.

De Witte will also continue in his current role as president and CEO of GE's Performance Solutions division, a post he has held since June 2010. As the new president and CEO of GE Healthcare IT, De Witte replaces Vishal Wanchoo, who was recently named senior vice president of growth initiatives for GE India.
