Siemens Healthcare has signed several contracts for Soarian products and technology.
Regional Medical Center at Memphis in Tennessee has signed a seven-year partnership with Siemens for its Soarian Clinicals and Soarian Financials software, while Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pittsburgh has installed Soarian Clinicals and renewed a contract for Siemens IT outsourcing.
St. Joseph's Healthcare System in Paterson and Wayne, NJ, has contracted with Siemens to install Soarian Clinicals and Soarian Financials. St. Joseph's also plans to use Siemens' Med Administration Check, which includes barcode capabilities that help physicians and clinicians verify that medications are administered correctly.
Finally, the University of South Alabama Hospitals in Mobile signed a 10-year extension with Siemens that includes upgrading from Invision Clinicals to Soarian Clinicals, and adding Soarian Critical Care and Soarian Quality Reporting Service modules, Siemens said.
