Medical billing firm Zotec Partners is merging with Medical Business Service (MBS) of Coral Gables, FL.
Medical Business Service clients have benefited from collaboration with Zotec for the past year, according to Zotec. The two firms originally formed a technology alliance in May 2010, which gave Medical Business Service clients access to Zotec's billing services while also receiving practice management and revenue cycle management services from MBS.
In the past year, most of MBS' clients have switched over to Zotec's technology platform, Zotec said.
