Medical billing firm Zotec Partners announced that its client TRA Medical Imaging of Tacoma, WA, has outsourced all billing operations to the company.
The radiology practice, which operates 12 imaging centers throughout the Seattle-Tacoma region and interprets more than 700,000 examinations annually, switched to outsourcing with Zotec after licensing its billing technology for a five-year term. The service includes an online patient portal to communicate billing-related information and to make payments.
