Constellation Software said that its wholly owned subsidiary, management software provider Gary Jonas Computing, has entered into an agreement to acquire a software provider to the radiology and laboratory information systems industry.
Constellation will name the firm it is acquiring once the deal closes, the company told AuntMinnie.com. The acquisition is expected to close in early April.
Radiology and laboratory systems management will represent a new vertical market for Jonas, which called it an attractive industry in which to further its growth plans.
