Digital voice recorder developer Olympus is launching two next-generation professional dictation systems.
DS-7000 and DS-3500 audio recorders allow doctors to increase efficiency and streamline operations; the devices can be combined with Olympus' AS-7000 transcription kit, according to the firm.
The devices include features such as a speech-optimized microphone with independent housing and variable recording modes, a slide switch or ergonomic push-button controls, a 2-inch color LCD display, and dual memory card slots, Olympus said.
