Clinical decision support software firms National Decision Support Company (NDSC) announced that HealthFortis has become the first authorized reseller of its ACR Select evidence-based radiology exam appropriateness guidelines.
The Burlington, MA-headquartered HealthFortis, also a clinical decision support software company, will integrate ACR Select into its own clinical decision support management platform.
ACR Select imaging protocols may be delivered direct to physicians or via electronic health record systems (EHR) and computerized physician order entry (CPOE) applications.
NDSC is demonstrating ACR Select at the RSNA 2012 meeting in Chicago.
