Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE) will host its first annual IHE International World Summit on April 16 through 18 in Istanbul.
The World Summit will feature the first global gathering of leaders from IHE's 25 national deployment committees and will offer three tracks: panel discussion, management issues, and technical issues.
The panel discussion track will be targeted to representatives of IHE deployment committees, government and national/regional projects, IHE specialists, and consultants, while the management issues track will focus on CEOs and chief information officers (CIOs) of hospitals and hospital providers. The technical issues track will be geared toward CIOs, lead developers, and testing groups that plan to create or test IHE software in the future, IHE said.
The World Summit will be held in conjunction with the IHE Europe Connectathon.
