Image management firm Heart Imaging Technologies (HeartIT) has released a cardiac echo reporting software module.
Part of the firm's WebPax CVIS offering, the cardiac echo reporting module allows cardiologists to complete their echocardiography reports using predefined templates and pick-lists, according to the vendor. Enterprise hospital order and admit/discharge/transfer (ADT) feeds are utilized to automatically prepopulate patient demographics and billing codes into the echo reports, HeartIT said.
