The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will hold a public workshop to discuss its proposed new framework for regulating health IT software.
The workshop, called Proposed Strategy and Recommendations for a Risk-Based Framework for Food and Drug Administration Safety and Innovation Act Health Information Technology, will be held May 13-15 at the National Institute of Standards and Technology in Gaithersburg, MD. Registration is free on a first-come, first-served basis and must be completed online by 4 p.m. on May 2.
