Speaking of mobile apps, a Brazilian research team recently found a novel use for the popular instant messaging app WhatsApp Messenger. They found that orthopedic surgeons who used the app to evaluate and classify tibial fractures from radiographs and CT images had strong interobserver and intraobserver agreement.
