M*Modal wins Ky. contract

Speech recognition technology developer M*Modal has inked a contract with a Kentucky healthcare provider.

M*Modal will provide exclusive transcription services to Kindred Healthcare of Louisville, as well as speech recognition and clinical documentation improvement workflow management, the company said.

Kindred Healthcare serves patients at 97 transitional care hospitals.
