The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has approved Siemens Healthcare's syngo Dynamics cardiovascular imaging software for use with its VistA Imaging PACS after successful validation testing.
In addition, syngo Dynamics has been certified as an ambulatory and inpatient electronic health record (EHR) module, 2014 Edition compliant, Siemens said. It was certified by InfoGuard, an Office of the National Coordinator Authorized Certification Body (ONC-ACB) for the government's meaningful use program.
Finally, the application has also received Certified Electronic Health Record Technology (CEHRT) status from ONC, according to Siemens.
