The global radiology information systems market produced $501.1 million in revenues in 2014 and is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 7.6%, reaching $722.7 million by 2019, according to a new report from research firm MarketsandMarkets.
Growth will be driven by factors such as improved healthcare IT systems, a rising incidence rate of chronic diseases, an increase in government funding for cancer-related research, and growing demand for better healthcare services, the firm said.
