National Decision Support Company (NDSC) said its ACR Select software has been accessed more than 1 million times per month by ordering providers.
ACR Select provides real-time feedback on the most appropriate imaging test for a patient's condition and has been implemented at more than 100 healthcare systems nationally, representing more than 800 individual facilities.
With the recently announced update to the American College of Radiology (ACR) Appropriateness Criteria, ACR Select now covers more than 15,000 clinical end points, along with the more than 3,000 clinical scenarios, NDSC said.
In addition to reaching the adoption milestone, the company is installing its first site in Vermont at University of Vermont Medical Center.
NDSC is showing its latest developments, including integrations with various electronic health records, at this week's RSNA meeting in Chicago.
