Imaging software developer PACSHealth has released an upgrade to its DoseMonitor software and is showcasing it at this week's RSNA 2017 meeting in Chicago.
The software automates the collection and reporting of medical imaging patient radiation dose data. The new version 2.5.2 features improved analytics, new interactive reporting graphics, postprocedure peak skin dose (PSD) calculations, interventional radiology visualization, CT/MR contrast data management, and support for nonionizing modalities, according to the firm.
In other PACSHealth news, a division of the firm, PHS Technologies Group, announced DoseMonitor has been selected as the dose monitoring software vendor of choice by Adventist Health, a nonprofit healthcare organization with facilities throughout California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington.
