Imaging analytics software developer HealthMyne has introduced version 5 of its Quantitative Imaging Decision Support (QIDS) software platform.
QIDS 5 adds a cancer screening module for automated tracking, communicating, and reporting on patients who may have a higher risk for developing cancer, according to the firm. HealthMyne said that QIDS 5 also includes upgrades to the platform's Rapid Precise Metrics (RPM) workflow aimed at improving usability and accuracy; a full 3D delineation of the lesion and all quantitative metrics can now be delivered in seconds.
