Breast imaging software developer Volpara Solutions is highlighting its Aspen Breast reporting and tracking software at RSNA 2019.
In addition to patient letters and procedure reports for referring physicians, Aspen Breast can generate medical necessity letters for insurance preauthorizations. These reports can be configured to include the radiologist's recommendations based on imaging studies and the results of breast cancer risk models, Volpara said.
Aspen Breast can also be combined with VolparaEnterprise to support Emergency Quality Improvement Professional (EQUIP) and American College of Radiology accreditation, including new reports with lead interpreting physician, interpreting physician, and BI-RADS data.
