Imaging software developer Laurel Bridge Software said that it added over 30 new clients to its customer base in 2019.
The new customers included small to large healthcare providers, teleradiology firms, and original equipment manufacturers, according to Laurel Bridge. The company said the growth was driven primarily by three trends: the need to overcome the interoperability challenges resulting from health system consolidation, the need to ensure access to medical imaging data for improved clinical care, and emergent use cases such as artificial intelligence and structured reporting.
