MedQ adds virtual check-in to Q/ris 3000

Radiology informatics firm MedQ has enhanced its Q/ris 3000 software for radiology workflow to support 100% virtual patient check-in.

With Q/ris eCheck-in, several days before the exam, a patient has the option to confirm their appointment, submit insurance information, fill out medical history and consent forms, receive exam-specific instruction, get directions to the facility, and notify the front desk of their arrival, according to the company.
