Research informatics company Flywheel has completed a new financing round by closing a series C funding.
The new funding round included an investment from Intuitive Ventures, an investment fund dedicated to investing in minimally invasive technologies. Flywheel said it would use the new funding to continue developing software tools that will enable life sciences researchers to collaborate and access real-world data.
Flywheel said that with the new investment the series C round was worth a total of $27.5 million.
