Image-streaming developer RealTimeImage of San Bruno, CA, has signed a licensing agreement with PACS provider StorComm. Jacksonville, FL-based StorComm will integrate RealTimeImage's iPACS technology into Web-based elements of its MedView product line.
In other RealTimeImage news, the company has added support for multiple languages, thanks to the addition of an extended Unicode character set. The new capability will allow physicians around the world to use iPACS with a user interface in their native language, according to the vendor.
