Merge debuts MergeView 1.1

PACS and connectivity firm Merge Technologies has introduced version 1.1 of its MergeView software. In MergeView 1.1, the Milwaukee-based firm has added JPEG 2000 lossless wavelet compression to its ImageChannel image-streaming application. The new release also includes version 1.8 of eFilm Medical's workstation software, according to Merge.
