Healthcare information technology provider IDX Systems has signed an agreement with Xtria Healthcare of Dallas to offer customers help in managing compliance requirements for the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Burlington, VT-based IDX will offer Xtria Encompass, a HIPAA compliance and security offering, to its enterprise solutions customers, according to the vendor.
