Siemens Medical Solutions Health Services and storage-area network provider Xiotech have formed an alliance.
The two firms will cooperate in the sale of data management and storage systems, and will collaborate on joint marketing efforts in healthcare, according to the vendors. Siemens of Malvern, PA, and Xiotech of Eden Prairie, MN, said that they intend to cooperate in sales, project engineering, systems integration, and implementation of joint projects in healthcare facilities.
