Cardiac image management provider CardioNow has signed a letter of intent to integrate its cardiac image and information management and telecardiology services with Cedaron Medical's information and cardiac information and outcomes management system.
The agreement also includes a nonexclusive joint sales program targeted at cardiac catheterization laboratories and dedicated cardiac disease treatment centers nationwide, according to CardioNow of Encinitas, CA, and Cedaron of Davis, CA.
