IMCO debuts "budget neutral" PACS approach

PACS firm IMCO Technologies has introduced Budget Neutral, a program designed to help hospitals and clinics convert to digital image management using funds from their operating budgets. As part of the program, IMCO will help clients determine how much they are spending on disposable items, such as film and chemistry, according to the Pewaukee, WI-based vendor.
