Archiving services provider InSiteOne has completed installation and integration of a PACS network along with its DICOM image archive and retrieval services. The installation, at a new facility at Phoenix Children's Hospital in Arizona, also includes computed radiography readers, digitizers, and printers, according to InSiteOne of Wallingford, CT.
InSiteOne said it managed the installation of PACS software and hardware from Konica Medical Imaging, CR systems from Philips Medical Systems, and the integration of various peripheral devices to complement the PACS network. The hospital is paying for the system using InSiteOne's leasing and pay-per-study financing model.
