Quantum Diagnostic Imaging of Dallas has installed an integrated workflow and information storage system built by PACS firm Merge eFilm and storage vendor EMC of Hopkinton, MA.

It is the first installation of an integrated system featuring Milwaukee-based Merge eFilm’s PACSbuilder archiving application and EMC’s Centera software-driven storage architecture, the companies said. The system is designed to provide online access to images while ensuring long-term storage.
