Data Distributing will introduce its PACSKey single-modality archive package at this year's RSNA show.
PACSKey can serve as a micro-PACS system, according to the Laguna Hills, CA-based firm. Designed to help PACS administrators keep images separate so as to not overwhelm the primary PACS network, PACSKey is a combination of hardware and software that can support a freestanding single-modality archive, Data Distributing said.
PACSKey costs less than $30,000, and is available in the U.S. and internationally, the company said.
