(Booth 3773) FIMI Philips will bring four new color LCDs to its booth this year, including Q19, Q24, E240H, and L56W.
Designed for CT, MR, PACS, and other imaging applications, Q19 and Q24 feature the company's S-IPS technology for wider viewing angle and minimum color drift, according to the Saronno, Italy-based firm. They support both analog and digital video input signals, FIMI Philips said.
Q19 is a 19-inch system with a 5:4 aspect ratio and resolution of 1280 x 1024 pixels, while Q24 is a 24-inch wide system with a 16:10 aspect ratio and resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels. Both displays will be released in January 2008.
Also including S-IPS technology is E240H, which is a 24-inch-wide display targeted at endoscopy and operating room applications. It offers a 16:10 aspect ratio and resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels, FIMI Philips said.
Suitable for surgery, PACS, and other medical imaging modalities, L56W provides resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels in a 56-inch-wide display with an aspect ratio of 16:9. It features brightness of 600 cd/m² and a contrast ratio of 1000:1, FIMI Philips said.
L56W is expected to be released in March 2008, while E240H should be available in January 2008.
