(Booth 8308) InSite One will highlight version 4.1 of its InDex archiving technology on the RSNA show floor.
InDex 4.1 features increased performance, thanks to 64-bit proxy server database upgrades, according to the Wallingford, CT-based firm. The company has also added an option for high availability and load balancing for onsite configurations.
Also new are Web-enabled SQL reporting tools and an HL7 interface for patient reconciliation for DICOM objects. InDex can now acquire and process requests to store more than 40 exams per minute, as well as continuous requests for prior exam retrievals, InSiteOne said.
InSite One has also incorporated analogous tools for data integrity and performance using Common Internet File System (CIFS) protocols. This allows InDex to handle new non-DICOM data areas such as electroencephalography (EEG) labs and ophthalmology, according to the vendor.
