Healthcare consulting firm Technology Solutions (TSC) has formed a new subsidiary called Exogen Solutions to provide PACS and healthcare IT consulting services.
TSC will focus on SAP system deployments, while non-SAP-focused TSC employees will form the employee basis of Exogen, according to the Chicago-based firm. PACS industry veteran Milton Silva-Craig will serve as president and CEO of Exogen, while remaining president and CEO of TSC.
In other news, Exogen has signed a data migration contract with North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System in New York City. Exogen said it will deploy its Data Certainty service to manage the data migration and consolidation of medical image data from the institution's legacy systems into its enterprise medical image storage system.
