(Booth 922) Siemens Healthcare of Malvern, PA, will highlight a number of additions to its syngo product family, including software for diagnostic imaging centers, cardiology facilities, and general PACS applications.
The vendor will present syngo Suite Essential, an IT package for diagnostic imaging centers. The product includes RIS, PACS, hardware, and services and features 2D and 3D applications and scheduling capability.
Siemens also will showcase version 7.0 of its syngo Dynamics cardiology and cardiovascular PACS software. The new release adds a number of capabilities, including immediate transfer between Siemens Axiom Sensis XP hemodynamics monitoring systems and syngo Dynamics. In addition, syngo Dynamics can incorporate data from the MacLab v6.5 hemodynamic system from GE Healthcare of Chalfont St. Giles, U.K.
A new graphical reporting element allows syngo Dynamics users to produce coronary tree diagrams, Siemens said. In addition, a 17-segment wall-scoring model has been added to match current clinical standards.
In work-in-progress developments, Siemens will discuss its upcoming syngo Imaging XS V70 PACS release, which features new 3D visualization applications. Siemens also will be showing version 35 of its syngo Imaging PACS software as a work-in-progress.
Syngo Imaging V35 adds increased performance and stability and offers enhanced support functionality for customers transitioning from a legacy Siemens Magic PACS installation, according to the company. Siemens also has included enhancements for handling of prior studies and multiple patient names, as well as support of the company's syngo MammoReport and syngo Expert-I applications.
